[Flash 9 is required to listen to audio.]Democracy Now! Debate about the Events of 9/11
i was recently introduced to a number of controversies surrounding the events of 9/11. a young man who works in the same office building i do asked me to watch a documentary called ‘loose change’ (not sure why) that raised questions about the towers, the attack on the pentagon, and flight 93. i was leery about it, but i watched it tonight and have followed up by listening to a debate (the audio associated with this post) between the filmakers and editors at ‘popular mechanics’ who wrote an article they claimed debunked many of the claims made in the documentary and elsewhere in the 9/11 truth community (the debate begins a little more than 20 minutes in). it’s been interesting to learn things i didn’t know about the events and to see the different interpretations of the available physical evidence and expert testimony. if you’re interested, you can read a transcript of the debate by clicking here. you can watch a revised version of the ‘loose change’ documentary here.
edit: here’s part one of yet another debate, this time with mark roberts of wtc7lies.
